My visual sensibilities have alawys been loosely aware of the work of screenprint artist Sheperd Fairey but only really started to realise who he was and what his work was all about yesterday. I had frequently be taken back by the 'Obey' posters and stickers that decorated the urban environment but never questioned who the mysterious artist might be .I am currently studying Printamking (which I love) and it is forcing me to find new artists and designers.
